    Elizabeth I am in Texas, and thought I brought everything I need, but I guess I didn’t bring the password to post on my blog….

    This is what I wrote in response to Day #16

    We have been told
    The path is not for us
    We are not allowed
    We are incapable
    We are ragged
    We are damaged
    We are women

    What we have to say
    Is not interesting
    We speak for only a few
    Our words are soft
    We don’t understand
    We are not allowed
    We are incapable
    We are damaged

    And yet…

    The song we sing seems
    Sacred to our ears
    We are in harmony
    With our own Universe
    All you say maybe true for you
    To us your words are lies

        Thank you Annell. Guess these words pushed a few buttons. Although not what I was expecting, it’s been a rather good and reaffirming surprise. Your words are direct and honest, and I applaud you for that. I wonder if the day will ever come when men and women will share and blend their truth into a new way of knowing one another and the world in which we all live.

    Doing a great deal of very rough coughing which probably means something more than allergies and yes, I have been drinking lots of liquids…thanks for your concern. Whether I like it or not, these words seemed to have created a theme of sorts,
