Thank you Tillie, I’ve read a great deal about Mandalas, have been fascinated with them for years. Creating them, coloring them, are both forms of active meditation that both sooth and calm the individual. I created an entire series of Mandala and Kaleidoscope templates to color over the past year. Using them for birth meditation makes all kinds of sense. And I used to teach a course titled “Changing The End of The Story.” Although, at that time, I wasn’t into Mandalas, I can see why people would use them in that manner.
