Calm
balance,
sought and found,
brings serenity
and certain light

  1. Harmony and balance. “Go with the flow.” I hear the magpies chattering, the morning promised to be hot. Yesterday, the clouds came, and were heavy over Taos Valley, not one single drop of rain did they bring. All clear again this morning. Everything longs for a little drink.

And when caught in the flow, we often beg for release, a time out and a place to rest. The balance is there, just not always when we think we need it. Thanks Annell,

‘remember to breathe’..isn’t that the hardest thing at times..to get a breath in that really calms you..I love these patterns..they are meant to soothe you traditionally aren’t they? Jae

Yes Jae, they are meant to be vehicles for meditation, a quieting place, space to find the stillness. These designs were created by a man in France and I found them online and started playing with colors. Now am using graphics to create backgrounds and enhance them a little. Thought it was time to also add some words. Great to see you here and glad you stopped by,

  3. Yes, THAT is what I have been forgetting to do. Thanks, Elizabeth. I especially love the colors and design in this mandala. Lovely.

And that is what this Mandala always makes me think of: leaning back and taking a slow deep breath. Thanks Sherry, I have to be reminded as well,
