Wordplay #17  Qigong

qi-gong> pronounced chee-gong. Chinese exercise: practice that
incorporates physical postures, breathing techniques, and mental
focus, intended to improve physical and emotional health.

Although age and arthritis
don’t allow freedom of youthful
movement, her verbal qigong
certainly keeps her mentally
alert and breathing happily.
