Journey Stone #88 Self-Doubt
Questioning of one’s choices,
plans, and actions. Negative
inner dialogue that can lead
to polarization and complete
inability to move in any
direction.
Small amount can be helpful
and healthy in avoiding arrogance
and hubris. Too much will lead to
defeat, depression, and eventually,
despair. May begin with second
guessing.

So true, Elizabeth, and we go through so many years of it before we learn to heed that inner voice that Knows, hey?

Sherry, we too often get mixed messages from the world around us, especially as children. We learn far too quickly not to trust our own perceptions. It takes time to work through and resolve those issues, sometimes only one at a time. But, it is possible, and so worth the doing,

You are welcome Becca. Someday I’ll have to tell you about my fascination with your name. Used to try to write short stories and they most often started with a character named Becca. Thanks for your visits as well,

I have heard we need to give our inner child something to do. She liked to be in charge. Good write.

Annell, I believe she is just repeating what she’s heard and been told by those who don’t understand. She can be taught other ways and is a very quick study. Thanks for stopping by,
Elizabeth
