Journey Stone #75 Doubt
Niggling concerns about one’s
skill, ability, value, even sanity.
Creates hesitation, indecision,
a fear of making choices, for fear
they will be the wrong ones.
Everyone has them, but if not
confronted they will ultimately
lead to deep issues of distrust
about one’s own person. One
can become frozen in place,
unable to move. That means
death, perhaps without ever
having lived at all.

Well done. And of course so true. It is really the case. You think you are doing pretty good. The Universe says, “you’ve done well, I’m so proud of you.” Then you trip into the darkest hold ever, and there you are. You find maybe you didn’t get it, you must start over, or just lay down and die. Take your choice, it’s up to you, the Universe doesn’t care.

Annell, I have to disagree with you on some level. I believe the Universe cares enough to help us learn from our mistakes, whether or not we choose to do so. We are imperfect creatures, and even the best among us, do make errors.
